Using psPLANNER, our clients can plan and develop the scientific program more interactively and efficiently, reaching new levels of productivity.

First, a user defines the timeframe of the congress, including the availabilty of rooms. psPLANNER then automatically creates a skeleton agenda from this information. After defining a session (date and time), it may be filled with
abstracts directly out of the abstract database using drag and drop
techniques. Plausibility controls assure a consistent database and avoid
multiple allocations of rooms or speakers.

Once a scientific program is developed, users may publish various customizable reports, e.g. for the final programm or a congress timetable, which may be
easily transferred into the internet to display an online congress schedule, to graphically browse sessions and select an abstract text only by using mouse
clicks.
